Transforming a Luxury Brow Salon: Elevating Brand and Client Experience

Crafting an elevated and cohesive brand design, story, and experience for a luxury brow salon designed for scalability. In developing their brand culture, covering everything from naming and strategy to messaging, identity, website, package design, and collateral. Our goal was to transform the brow conversation, shifting the focus from how people look to how they feel, empowering individuals to feel better about themselves in everyday life.

  • The client found themselves in a challenging position, experiencing financial apprehension over the fear of losing clients if they raised prices. But also in a creative way to not being able to resonate with the brand any longer.

  • Guided by our strategy, we crafted a name that feels graceful and reassuring, with a twist that speaks to changing the conversation to focus on your inner well-being. Then, we built the logo upon a stylish serif that feels elegant and sophisticated but clean and modern. Each letterform has beautiful transitions that give the brand a sense of peace. Inspired by eyes and flowing water, the 'BT' submark captures the brand's spirit in a clean and elevated way, while the clean, flowing design represents smiles and empowered people. We created motivational messaging focused on inspiration and empowerment to enhance the suite.
